In a field where customer service rarely exists, we pride ourselves on delivering superior client care. It is important that our administrative team emphasizes client care in the form of great customer service because they are on Clarity's front line.

We strive to have a voice and influence in a relatively quiet field. Everything we do is to support our community and contribute to a better world by making mental health services easily obtainable, and this includes acting as a resource to those who we can't help directly.

New Client Feedback Form

This form is sent within 24 hours of a new clients first appointment.
A zap is sent via email to inform us when a client gives a negative response on the form.

Negative Client Feedback Follow-Up

Trigger: A client responds negatively to a certain question on their New Client Feedback form. - admin notified by a zap.

Receive email notification.
Open up New Client Feedback Form Responses.
Scroll to bottom and find the client responses that were answered negatively.
Call and email the client promptly (within 2 business days) to follow-up and use customer service skills.

Make a note dating the day you reached out to the client by adding a comment on their name.
Follow up with the client if you don’t hear back from them within 2 business days of reaching out originally.

We have a great referral network of trusted practices and individuals who help fill in the gap of insurances we aren't in network with and specialities we don't offer.
