Q) I don't want anyone to know that I am coming therapy, which payment method is best for me?
A) Self-pay would be the best option. You can even pay cash if you attend in person sessions.
Q) Why private pay?
A) Most insurances require a diagnosis, that will remain on your permanent medical records, and usually dictates how many and what type of therapy a client can receive. We believe that should be decided between a client and their therapist.

A) Yes our system does accept most Health Savings and Flex cards.
Q) Why was I charged $50 even though I cancelled my appointment 24 hours prior?
A) We do not follow a standard 24 hour cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy is based on whether an appointment has been filled or not. We do encourage clients to give us the most notice as possible when cancelling an appointment, all of our therapists do have cancellation wait lists and we typically are able to fill an open appointment. We do waive the first cancellation or no show fee.
Q) Are you able to try and fill the appointment and if noone takes it can I keep it?
A) The appointment does need to be cancelled before I am able to fill the appointment.
Q) Can you reach out to me if my appointment is not filled with another client so that I can keep it to avoid getting charged?
A) We do not reach out to clients to inform them if their appointment has been filled or not but you are welcome to give us a call prior to your appointment to check on if it has been filled by another client or not.
Q) I would like to schedule with more than one provider to see who would be the best fit for me..
A) I totally understand that! We don't typically have clients seeing more than one provider at the same time but we are happy to help match you with who we think would be the best for you and if that doesn't work out then we can definitely get you on another providers schedule.
